Once Tw*tter devolved into X and whatever mess is happening over there these days, I signed off and started writing all kinds of things—multiple new manuscripts, individual poems, ideas that haven’t fully taken shape yet—and, despite the occasional nagging feeling that I’m “supposed to” be shilling myself into the void, mostly haven’t looked back.

But I interrupt the rather luxurious extended hiatus to share two pieces of news: I did a retrospective interview with the National Poetry Series and placed two poems in one of my bucket-list journals, The Rumpus. Many thanks to the respective editors, and I hope to have more to share soonish about what I’ve been working on.
